The Pains of Being Pure at Heart - “Higher Than the Stars.”
The EP of which this is the title track is definitely the best thing that the Pains of Being Pure at Heart have done so far, which is encouraging, as their debut was already ridiculously, consistently strong. If, like me, you enjoy spangly fey fuzzy-bass-driven shoegaze pop, I highly recommend it.
